Once a transaction is on the blockchain, it will still take a variable amount of time to confirm and be receive at the destination point. Different blockchains require different amounts of “confirmations” before a transaction is verified.
To check your pending transactions and the amount of confirmations
1. Go to "Spot" -> "Deposit" -> "Recent Transactions" .
2. You'd be able to see the amout of current confirmations and the needed amount.
For example, for a Bitcoin transaction you'll see 2\3 confirmations, which means that you need 1 more confirmation for your deposit to arrive at Nominex.
It is not uncommon for a blockchain to be congested with many transactions, causing unexpected/unusual delays in processing your transaction. You can use the transaction ID (TxID) to check the status on the blockchain.
If your transaction shows “unconfirmed” in its blockchain, you must wait for the transaction to be processed on the blockchain. Once it is included in the blockchain, it will begin to produce confirmations.
For Bitcoin and Bitcoin-based projects, your transaction should arrive on Nominex after 3 confirmations. For Ethereum and most other projects(erc-20 tokens) (quicker to confirm), it should arrive after 12 confirmations.
If you have sent your crypto to Nominex from another exchange but not received a TxID, please contact customer service of that exchange.
If the transaction is confirmed in Blockchain but is not showing on your Nominex account, please contact our support via live chat or email email@example.com .
